- 1. General
- At least one field is required to perform a search.
- For single field searches, the results are sorted by search criteria and parcel number.
- For multiple field searches, the results are sorted by parcel number.
- Some searches will take time.
- 2. Searching by Parcel
- A "Parcel Number" consists of this format: "007031 00014" (six numbers, 2 spaces, and the last five numbers).
- It contains 2 blank spaces in the middle.
- To search by "parcel number", simply enter the full "Parcel Number" (13 digit number "007031 00014") or any first part of the parcel number (like "007" or "00703" or "007031 00", etc.). The search will locate any property that matches the "parcel number" or any property that contains a "parcel number" that starts with the number entered.
- 3. Searching by Address
- To search by "address", enter the "address" or any part of the "address". For example, the street number or the street name, and the search will locate all properties that contain any of the information you entered. An example, of an address search: enter "Oaks" and the search will locate addresses that contain "Oaks" in the address, or enter "660" and the search will locate all addresses that contain "660" in the address.
- 4. Searching by Property Tax Amount Owed
- The "Property Tax Amount Owed" is the amount (money) owed on the property.
- It is a numeric value, for example 1345.56.
- Do not use the $ sign nor the thousand "," separators.
- To search by "property tax amount owed", enter the money amount you are searching for and the search will locate all properties that have a "property tax amount owed" equal to or greater than the number you entered.
- 5. Searching by Width (horizontally)
- The "Width" is the horizontal width (frontage) of the property and it's in feet.
- It is a numeric value (in feet), for example 45.55.
- To search by "width", enter the "width", in feet, you are searching for and the search will locate all properties that have a "width" equal to or greater than the number you entered.
- 6. Searching by Depth
- The "Depth" field of the property has a numeric value (in feet), for example 60.56.
- To search by "depth", enter the "depth", in feet, you are searching for and the search will locate all properties that have a "depth" equal to or greater than the number you entered.
- 7. Searching by Renewal Community
- The "Renewal Community" field consists of: "Yes" or "No".
- To search by "renewal community", select "Yes" or "No" from the drop down box, and the search will locate all properties within the "renewal community" that match your selection.
- 8. Searching by Classification
- The "Classification" field consists of: "Commercial" or "Residential".
- To search by "classification", select the "classification" type from the drop down box, and the search will locate all properties that match the "classification" type selected.
